HSE Policy Statement

Zero harm. No compromise.

Our Commitment

The Future Will HSE Policy

Future Will Engineering & Contracting is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace for every employee, subcontractor, visitor, and community member affected by our operations. The safety of our people is our highest priority — above schedule, cost, and any other business consideration.

We will comply with all applicable Iraqi health, safety, and environmental legislation, as well as the requirements of our clients and our ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 certified management systems. Where our own standards exceed legal requirements, our standards shall apply.

We hold ourselves to the highest HSE standards through proactive hazard identification, robust risk assessment, and thorough incident investigation. Every near-miss and incident is an opportunity to learn and prevent recurrence.

"Your challenge is our business — but safety is our foundation."

— Eng. Hekmat Hatem, Authorized Manager, Future Will (Eradat Almustaqbal) for General Contracting and Oil Services Ltd

Zero Harm

Every worker has the right to a safe and healthy workplace. We target zero injuries, zero illnesses, and zero environmental incidents on every project.

Risk Control

Hazards are systematically identified and controlled through Job Hazard Analyses, permit-to-work systems, and engineering controls before work begins.

Environmental Stewardship

We minimise our environmental footprint through responsible waste management, spill prevention, and compliance with Iraqi environmental regulations.

Worker Engagement

All workers are empowered to stop work if they observe an unsafe condition. HSE is everyone's responsibility — not just the HSE team.
