S2/S Oil Trunkline EPCC Project
East Baghdad South Oilfield (EBS), Iraq
Design, supply, construction and commissioning of trunkline systems and associated facilities for transporting crude oil from OGMs to the Central Processing Facility (CPF).
Scope of Work
- 55 km of 10"–18" API 5L trunklines (12+20+23 km) with 3LPE & FBE coatings
- HDD crossings for critical routes (2.7 km total) and 3 valve stations
- 25 km of 24-core armored fiber optic cable for SCADA and communication
- ICCP & SACP cathodic protection systems
- Tie-ins to 4 OGMs and the CPF, integrating into live systems
