At Future Will, quality is not an inspection step at the end of construction — it is built into every stage of the project lifecycle, from engineering through to commissioning and handover. Our Quality Management System (QMS) is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and covers all engineering disciplines, procurement activities, construction works, and client deliverables.
Our Quality team is independent of project operations and reports directly to the Chief Technical Officer. This ensures quality assurance is objective, rigorous, and not subject to schedule or cost pressures.
We apply proven quality management tools — Inspection & Test Plans, Hold and Witness points, Non-Conformance Reports, and Material Traceability — to every project, regardless of size or discipline.
Plan & Define
Comprehensive Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) are developed for every work package before work begins.
Inspect & Verify
Independent quality inspectors verify conformance at every defined hold and witness point.
Certify & Document
Complete documentation packages — MTC, NDT, test records — are compiled for client handover.
Review & Improve
Non-conformances are tracked, root-caused, and closed to drive continuous improvement.
