The project involved the complete development of a new Intake Water Pump Station under EPCC scope, supporting the strategic water management and injection systems for oil production operations. Future Will was responsible for topographic survey, architectural and structural design, engineering, and full civil and electromechanical construction. The station transfers treated river water into injection and utility pipelines across the field.

Survey & Design
- Topographic survey of the intake area and pumping corridor
- Architectural layout of the pump station building
- Structural design of pump foundations, slabs, beams and cable trenches
Civil Construction
- Excavation and earthwork for intake bay and pump foundations
- Concrete works for pump foundations, valve chambers, transformer/generator bases, building slabs and walls
- Site development: gravel roads, drainage, fencing, lighting and control room structure
Mechanical Works
- Installation of large-capacity centrifugal pumps
- Assembly and grouting of vertical turbine pumps
- Suction piping and discharge manifolds; chemical dosing and surge control
Electrical, Instrumentation & Control
- Main LV power panels and switchgear; cabling to MCC and pump motors
- Transformer installation, earthing grid and lightning protection
- Control panel routing and interface with SCADA/DCS
Testing & Commissioning
- Alignment and mechanical testing of all pumps
- Hydrotesting of piping and megger testing of electrical components
- Functional testing and trial operation with CNOOC representatives
